With influences ranging from Ska to Alternative/Indie, Joe tries to incorporate all kinds of music into his own. Being raised in a classic rock household opened him up to solid rock drumming and then he heard his first punk music in the form of the Dead Kennedy's. Fast, loud beats that pushes you to the limit of drumming is what drives him.

When Joe is not drumming for Come Up Swinging he is playing paintball on The Effits paintball team, gaming, working, hanging out with his wife or developing websites.
